Sally West was born in 1971 in West Wyalong, Central NSW and was raised on a farm. After finishing school she worked as a legal secretary, undertaking drawing and painting training at Eastern Suburbs evening college. While backpacking through Europe she studied at the University in Florence.In 1996 Sally travelled throughout Asia and eventually moved to Ireland where she continued to sell art while working in Graphic Design. Moving back to Sydney she had her first solo exhibition in 1998 and continued to exhibit in Melbourne , Germany ,London ,Italy and Paris.
